Charles Raggio is a self-loathing DJ, award-winning Music Supervisor, soundtrack and compilation album, Executive Producer, and sick, masochistic Artist Manager type that lives in Los Angeles. A musical upbringing and compulsive music buying complex have turned Charles into someone that dreams of becoming a musicologist when he grows up.

Charles has Music Supervised independent films such as: Dream With The Fishes, Around The Fire, Sheer Bliss, Freestyle - The Art Of Rhyme (Winner, Best Soundtrack at L.A. Independent Film Fest.), The Burning Sensation, Scrapple and Cherish.

Charles has DJ'd his blend of raw funk, soul, hip hop and reggae for the people from Fresno to France, was the creator and Executive Producer of the classic underground hip hop compilation "The Funky Precedent" (named of dozens of year-end top 10 lists as well as Spin Magazine's "#1 Underground album that you didn't hear in 1999" ) and was the Executive Producer of the soundtrack albums for Dream With The Fishes, Around The Fire, Scrapple, and Cherish, and is on the board of development and finance for the Bay Area based art collective, Plug 4.

Kick Snare Hat Records LLC. is Charles' management company and record label that represents the artists Breakesta, and Damon Aaron, and will release the forthcoming compilation album "Impeach The Precedent".
