A successful filmmaker and executive producer of independent feature films Cherish, Dream With the Fishes and One, Jeff had his debut a feature film director with Tear It Down in 1996. He is also president of Concrete Pictures, a long-form content and feature film development and production company dedicated to telling character-driven stories with an independent spirit.

Prior to this, he was one of the two founding partners of 3 Ring Circus, a successful branding firm catering to the media industry. Jeff steered that company to international prominence, gaining extraordinary kudos for successfully launching networks in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. The recipient of multiple design awards, Jeff is a two-time Emmy® Award winner and has also received "Best of Show" accolades from the Broadcast Designers' Association. Jeff received an MA from the USC Film School.
